Returns & Exchanges Procedure
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Products must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
For returns due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Customized products (e.g., special orders, custom colors) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Returns caused by user damage or incorrect installation will not be accepted.
COnline Application
Please go to the Member page, click on Purchase History, and select the item you wish to return by clicking Return the Goods. You will then be directed to the Contact page, where you can enter your contact details and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible to assist with the return or exchange process.
BBK will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of your eligibility.
Once approved, BBK will arrange a courier pickup at your address. If shipping fees apply, please pay them directly to the courier upon collection. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Upon receiving the returned item, BBK will inspect it to confirm eligibility.
Once the returned item is confirmed to be in acceptable condition, a refund will be processed within 7 business days, or a replacement will be shipped within the agreed timeframe.
Additional Notes
Refunds cover the product cost only and do not include original shipping fees or any handling charges (if applicable).
Do not return any items without prior authorization, or they will not be accepted.
